IIP Course Map - Detailed Description
This is the course map for the Intelligent Innovation Program (IIP) at the College of Management, National Formosa University. It illustrates the three learning phases of the program, the corresponding courses in each phase, and the program's expected outcomes.
Three Learning Phases
Phase 1: Intelligent Innovation Mindset Initiation (Winter / Summer Break)
Courses: Intelligent Innovation Ideation, CSR Introduction, Business Communication Skills, Social Enterprise Practice, Gamification Design.
Phase 2: Intelligent Innovation Skills Training (Semester 1)
Courses: Intelligent Innovation Platform, Industrial Big Data Analytics, Digital Business Strategy Practice, Sustainable Entrepreneurship Forum, Digital Transformation and Business Management.
Phase 3: Intelligent Innovation Practice (Semester 2)
Courses: Intelligent Innovation Capstone Project, Intelligent Innovation Business Plan, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions, Capstone Exhibition, Digital Entrepreneurship Mentoring.
(Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions and Capstone Exhibition are highlighted with a light background, indicating they are non-formal curricular activities.)
Program Outcomes
Upon completing the program, students can access the following three resource channels: National Entrepreneurship Competitions, On-campus Incubation Center, Government Resources.
Program Performance Indicators
Over 200 student enrollments, at least 7 courses offered through diverse teaching methods, at least 5 competition entries, at least 10 industry mentors, 2 innovation teams, and 20 participating faculty members.
Additional Notes

IIP Semester 114-1 Course List - Detailed Description
This is the Semester 114-1 course list for the Intelligent Innovation Program (IIP) at the College of Management, National Formosa University.
